Last night I finished the last Sookie Stackhouse novel that's currently available (although I do have a collection of Sookie short stories that I shall read soon). I've been waxing poetic about my beloved Sookie lately. So last night, Jack asks me. What do you like better, Australia or True Blood?Without hesitation I said, Australia. After a pause though, I changed my answer. I said maybe for now, I loved them equally.
Jack then said something like, You know what would be your utopia? A vampire book that takes place in Australia.
I think he has something there. I need to look out for such books. I have read one Australian vampire novel...The Reformed Vampire Support Group. I liked it, but not as much as I love Sookie.
If any of you know of some good Australian vampire novels, please point me in their direction.
