Let Us All Rejoice and Pay Attention to the Show

I dreamed about Australia again last night.

I am at a show. I sit alone reading my book. My family is sitting somewhere else.

Suddenly, the people on stage start singing "Advance Australia Fair". I put down my book and start paying attention. Some of the performers are in bear costumes.

I start to regret that I'm taking our time here in Australia for granted. Instead of paying attention to the Australian show, I was reading a book.

I try to make myself feel better by thinking that real Australians would probably do what I was doing.—not give the show their full attention.

When the show ends, the audience all rushes out at once.
